		<description>I agree with you that the paper seems to be a US phenomenon. In my very first post I mentioned my South American wife&#039;s low opinion of our North American paper.

		<description>We did a lot to reduce our incoming paper by moving to Mexico for awhile. :)  A lot of the paper that comes in the mail can be stopped simply by asking people to not send it.   Now that we are back in the US, we are back to the same level of incoming paper with various magazine subscriptions, etc.</description>
